Air Force senior Jacobi Owens’ back-to-back 1,000-yard rushing seasons may not have earned preseason Heisman Trophy list mentions, but he is Air Force’s Mr. Inside and Mr. Outside.

Mr. Inside ran for 1,092 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior fullback last year. The original Mr. Inside, Army’s Doc Blanchard, won the 1945 Heisman Trophy rushing for 722 yards and 16 touchdowns. ...
